The customer portal seamlessly integrates with your FieldPathPro field operations. When customers submit job requests, they appear in your admin dashboard for review and approval. Once approved, jobs are automatically created and assigned to technicians through your mobile app. Service history and reports are updated in real-time.
The customer portal uses invitation-based access, ensuring only authorized customers can access your services. Customers must be invited by your organization and use their invited email address to sign up, providing secure, controlled access to your field service management system.
Customers can view their complete service history, including completed jobs with detailed reports, job status, and invoice information. They can submit new job requests with priority levels and service types, track request status, edit pending requests, and update their profile information including phone and address details.
Organizations invite customers via email, and customers use their invited email address to sign up and access the portal. The portal features a clean, intuitive interface with tabbed navigation for job requests and completed jobs. It's fully mobile-responsive, so customers can use it on any device - smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Enhanced features including real-time communication with technicians and online payment processing are currently in development. We're targeting release in Q3 2026. All existing customers will receive these features as part of their subscription at no extra cost.
Customers can submit detailed job requests including job title, description, priority level (low, medium, high, urgent), job type (installation, maintenance, repair, etc.), service type (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), and preferred scheduling. Requests are submitted for review and can be edited while pending approval.
