By accessing or using FieldPathPro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

FieldPathPro is a field service management platform that provides job scheduling, template management, offline mobile access, and team coordination services for contractors and service businesses.

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

You retain ownership of your data. We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. You grant us the right to use your data to provide and improve the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features with notice

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• You remain liable for any outstanding fees

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
